• This is a remote position. • KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sourcing & Procurement Consultant (MM) to support global procurement transformation and ERP implementation initiatives. • The consultant will work closely with procurement leaders, supply chain teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional SAP teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Procurement solutions that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and business value. • Key Responsibilities: • Solution Design & Configuration • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and requirements gathering sessions. • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Procurement processes including: Material Master, Business Partner (Supplier), Purchase Requisitions, Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders, Outline Agreements, Contracts, Source Determination, Release Strategies and Approvals, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, Inventory Management, Valuation and Account Determination. • Configure procurement organizational structures and purchasing controls. • Implementation & Delivery • Participate in SAP Activate implementation projects. • Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. • Support master data migration and cleansing activities. • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Support cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities. • Integration & Collaboration • Collaborate closely with Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (EWM), Sales (SD), Project Systems (PS). • Ensure seamless Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay process integration. • Support & Optimization • Provide post-go-live support and hypercare. • Troubleshoot procurement and inventory management issues. • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. • Support SAP quarterly cloud release assessments and testing. • Drive adoption of SAP procurement best practices.

• Leading the sourcing of new and existing strategic customers by evaluating equipment for consignment, negotiating terms, and executing contracts while building long-term partnerships • Managing day-to-day relationships with strategic customers, including owning the interaction agenda and ensuring accurate tracking of all communications for full transparency • Preparing and leading supplier negotiations, including assessing transaction feasibility, revenue potential, and alignment with Ritchie Bros. commercial strategy • Monitoring and formalizing long-term customer performance by identifying gaps, driving improvement initiatives, and implementing mitigation actions to optimize cost and revenue outcomes • Performing other duties as assigned

Develop contract specifications and manage procurement processes, including negotiations and bid evaluations. Provide guidance on procurement regulations and prepare reports on procurement activities for performance measurement.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Students working at the poultry farm will assist in all faucets of the operation. Cleaning and disinfection of pens, set up of new pens for research projects and facility birds, feeding, water management, egg collection and processing and sales, meat bird and turkey processing for sales, incubation and hatching of eggs, artificial insemination of hens and collection of fertile eggs, feed mixing and ration development. Students will also get to work on data collection with department investigators. Hours will vary throughout the week, weekends are mandatory. Housing is available on a limited basis. This job requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid US driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
