Required Experience - 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong design sensibility. - Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React. - Deep experience with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred). - Strong understanding of design systems and component-based architecture. - Experience implementing complex UI animations and interactions. - Proven ability to translate design concepts into production-ready code. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both design and engineering teams. - Experience with accessibility standards and best practices. CompensationGC AI's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as meaningful equity and excellent benefits for all full-time roles. Our US-based compensation range for this role is $165,000 – $350,000. This range spans four levels, from mid-level to Principal. Final compensation will vary based on leveling, market conditions, geographic location, and candidate qualifications, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience assessed during the interview process. • Provide CSA / CSV subject matter expertise across PV, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs platforms • Support system implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and data migrations from a compliance perspective • Develop and review validation deliverables including Validation Plans, Risk Assessments, Traceability Matrices, and Validation Summary Reports • Review and approve lifecycle documentation (URS, specifications, test plans, test summaries) in alignment with ALCOA+ and Good Documentation Practices • Oversee validation readiness and ensure prerequisites are met prior to formal testing • Support change control, configuration management, and release activities • Partner with Quality, System Owners, and Business Process Owners to ensure ongoing compliance • Provide guidance on CSA-based, risk-driven validation approaches • Conduct periodic system compliance reviews, validation health checks, and lifecycle assessments to ensure continued validated state and ongoing regulatory compliance. • Support periodic review activities including user access reviews, audit trail assessments, data integrity evaluations, and system inventory maintenance. • Assess the compliance impact of deviations, incidents, CAPAs, and system issues, ensuring appropriate remediation and documentation. • Review and support vendor documentation, supplier assessments, and SaaS provider quality documentation to support risk-based compliance decisions. • Monitor and evaluate regulatory inspection observations, internal audit findings, and compliance trends to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Participate in governance forums and compliance review boards, providing CSA guidance for system lifecycle management and ongoing operational support.

• Project management and engineering support of large scale internal and customer projects from the conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up independently • Engineered Systems sales proposal preparation, presentations, and project scope identification based on technical and commercial specifications provided by potential customers • Maintain budgets and schedules and take action to assure project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget • Field construction management • Provide engineering expertise and ammonia specific expertise to Field Operations personnel, Field Sales personnel and customers • Maintain engineering and safety documentation and complete customer documentation requests, including creation and/or modification of AutoCAD drawings • Implement Company environmental requirements and procedures • Conduct ammonia safety and technical training for internal and external customers • Participate in Process Hazard Analysis meetings as the ammonia technical expert
