About The Role We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to join Revenue Operations and build the intelligence layer that turns GC AI's data into decisions. Reporting to Emma Heist, Head of Revenue Operations, you will be GC AI's first dedicated analytics hire, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and leadership to define how the company measures itself and where it focuses. You won't be building the warehouse from scratch (our Data Engineering team owns that), but you will own everything that sits on top of it: the data models that reflect how the business actually works, the dashboards and reporting that teams rely on daily, the KPI frameworks that drive GTM strategy, and the self-serve analytics layer that lets anyone answer their own questions. You will also partner closely with Data Engineering to ensure the warehouse schema and pipeline design support the analytical use cases the business needs. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical chops in SQL, data modeling, and BI tooling with genuine curiosity about business operations and a knack for translating messy business questions into clean analytical frameworks. What You'll Do - Own the Analytical Modeling Layer: Design and maintain dimensional models (revenue, pipeline, product usage, retention, customer lifecycle) that make warehouse data usable for business teams. Partner with Data Engineering on schema design to ensure the warehouse serves analytical use cases. - Create the Intelligence Layer: Build dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics that give Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and leadership real-time visibility into the metrics that matter. Define KPIs, build attribution models, and create the single source of truth for company performance. - Drive GTM Analytics: Own the analytical frameworks behind pipeline generation, sales forecasting, customer health scoring, retention analysis, and marketing attribution. Be the person who can tell the exec team not just what happened, but why, and what to do about it. - Build Analytics Workflows: Build lightweight transformation and enrichment pipelines specific to analytics workflows (e.g., attribution logic, cohort tagging, KPI rollups) using dbt or similar tools. Implement data quality checks and governance practices to keep analytics accurate and trustworthy as we scale. - Enable Data-Driven Culture: Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and the exec team to understand their data needs, translate business questions into analytical frameworks, and make data accessible to non-technical users. You'll be the go-to person when someone asks, "Where does this number come from?" - Scale the Function: Establish standards, documentation, and best practices to enable GC AI's analytics capabilities to grow. As the first analytics hire, you'll shape the roadmap for the analytics function's evolution and help recruit the next members. What You've Done - 5+ years in data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics engineering roles in B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience building data infrastructure from early-stage or greenfield environments. - Experience building and maintaining analytical data models, semantic layers, or transformation layers using tools like dbt, Looker modeling, or similar frameworks. - Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience modeling data in cloud warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake. Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation. - Track record building dashboards and reporting in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Sigma) that business teams rely on daily. - Experience working with data from multiple SaaS systems (CRM, billing, product analytics, support platforms) and building unified, governed analytical models on top of them. - Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and leadership to align data work with business priorities and GTM goals. - Analytical mindset with expertise in defining and tracking KPIs (e.g., ARR, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, retention, NRR) and using data to optimize go-to-market performance. - Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup settings while balancing long-term architectural thinking with the need to ship today. About the RoleGC AI is scaling at a pace that makes most SaaS roadmaps look slow, and Marketing Operations is the backbone of how we run. You'll architect the engine underneath it all: the systems, data, reporting, and operating rhythm that keep marketing aligned with revenue and moving fast. You'll report to the CMO and partner closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to build the structure that lets marketing scale without slowing down. What You'll Do - Build and maintain end-to-end analytics and attribution, including UTM tracking systems, QR code generation, cross-page attribution, ad pixel implementation, and B2B attribution platforms. Define how GC AI measures marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue. - Own the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, product analytics, attribution, experimentation) and partner with RevOps on shared data architecture across GTM teams. Build internal tools (Slack-based UTM generators, referral trackers, QR utilities) to scale team efficiency. - Manage paid media agencies, creative contractors, and web development partners end to end. Hold partners accountable to performance standards, oversee ad creative production across Google, LinkedIn, and META, and make clear recommendations on channel investment. - Own email marketing: campaign calendar, flow architecture, audience segmentation, and quality control across all sends. Build multi-tier onboarding flows, re-engagement campaigns, and new template testing programs in coordination with sales, RevOps, and engineering. - Lead web and landing page strategy: build, optimize, and ship pages in collaboration with design and engineering, drive website creative direction including major platform builds, and optimize conversion paths across auth pages, CTAs, and interactive site features. - Help execute account-based marketing and pipeline strategy, translating strategic frameworks into coordinated execution across paid media, email, and sales enablement. - Drive program management across marketing: scope projects, set timelines, lock owners, and surface risks so leadership always knows what's on track. Manage domain purchases, account exclusion lists, bounced email handling, and gifting campaigns as part of day-to-day operations. Required Experience - 6+ years in marketing ops, revenue ops, analytics, or GTM operations in B2B SaaS - Proven experience owning systems and data infrastructure at a high-growth startup - Deep experience with HubSpot, product analytics tools, AI-driven workflows, and data modeling - Strong forecasting and financial fluency; comfortable building pipeline and ROI models from scratch - Hands-on CRM experience across platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Keap), including building workflows, managing lifecycle stages, and handling backend configuration - You fix problems without being asked and follow through on every detail. About The RoleWe’re hiring an Events Marketing Manager to lead the programs that connect GC AI with the in-house legal community. This role covers the full spectrum: owned and sponsored, live and virtual, intimate dinners and large-scale conferences. You’ll own strategy, planning, logistics, execution, and measurement, ensuring every event ties directly to brand credibility and revenue outcomes. You will have a healthy budget yet be scrappy. About The RoleAs Senior Privacy & Security Counsel, you will own GC AI's privacy, data protection, and security compliance legal work, reporting to the General Counsel initially. You will be the go-to lawyer for everything from GDPR and CCPA compliance to SOC 2 and ISO certification programs, DPA negotiations, and AI governance. You will partner with the Privacy & Compliance team on operational execution, work alongside the commercial legal team on customer-facing data protection terms, and advise product and engineering on privacy-by-design. The Impact You Will Have - Own GC AI's privacy and security legal posture across every regulatory framework that touches the business. - Serve as the internal subject matter expert that product, engineering, sales, and the commercial legal team rely on for privacy and security guidance. - Directly enable enterprise deals by handling the DPA and security addendum negotiations that sophisticated customers require. - Build and maintain the privacy and security playbook positions that scale with GC AI's growth. - Keep GC AI ahead of the regulatory curve on AI governance, international privacy frameworks, and emerging US state privacy laws. What You Will Do - Own the legal framework for GC AI's SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 compliance programs, partnering with the GRC and Compliance team on operational execution. - Advise product and engineering on privacy-by-design, data protection impact assessments, and AI governance requirements. - Own GC AI's regulatory compliance posture for GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, EU AI Act, and emerging US state privacy laws. - Serve as the escalation point for complex DPA and security addendum negotiations, working alongside the commercial legal team. - Directly handle DPA and security addendum redlines for strategic and high-value customer deals. - Maintain and evolve GC AI's standard DPA, security addendum, and Information Security Addendum templates and playbook positions. - Support enterprise sales by joining security calls with sophisticated prospects and responding to detailed security and privacy inquiries. - Assist with managing relationships with external auditors and compliance vendors (e.g., SOC 2 auditors, penetration testing firms, privacy tooling providers). - Advise on incident response legal obligations, breach notification requirements, and customer communications. - Own the legal review of the Trust Center, security marketing claims, and subprocessor disclosures. - Provide guidance on cross-border data transfers, international privacy frameworks, and jurisdiction-specific data protection requirements. - Assist with other compliance projects (including entity compliance management) - Take on additional projects and tasks as needed in response to the evolving needs of a fast- growing startup. Required Experience - JD and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction. - 5-10 years of privacy and security legal experience, with a meaningful portion in-house at a technology or SaaS company. - Deep working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and the broader US and international data protection regulatory landscape. - Experience supporting sales processes at a B2B SaaS company, including security reviews, procurement questionnaires, and customer-facing calls. - Experience negotiating DPAs and data protection terms in a B2B SaaS context, including GDPR Article 28 processor obligations, standard contractual clauses, and cross-border transfer mechanisms. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver under pressure. - Comfort working at startup pace with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and limited precedent. About the RoleGC AI is looking for a Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. You'll be the front line for our customers, owning inbound support requests and ensuring every interaction builds trust and confidence in the platform. Reporting to the Customer Operations Director, you'll work across the team to resolve issues quickly, write product-specific help content, and conduct live demos and troubleshooting sessions, all while helping scale our support operations as we grow. What You'll Do - Own inbound customer support requests via Intercom and Front, resolving issues with speed and precision. - Troubleshoot product questions and technical issues, escalating to Engineering or Product when needed. - Write and maintain help content (articles, guides, FAQs) that answers customer questions about specific product features. - Conduct live demos and troubleshooting sessions with customers to walk them through features or resolve issues in real time. - Partner with Customer Success Managers to flag at-risk accounts and surface recurring customer pain points. - Document solutions and build out our internal and external knowledge base to reduce repeat inquiries. About the RoleYou'll be GC AI's first dedicated data hire, which means you'll own the entire data stack from day one. Right now, our data lives in multiple systems: product usage, CRM, billing, customer data, user analytics. Your first job is to consolidate all of it into a single, well-modeled warehouse in BigQuery so the company can actually use it. From there, you'll build the infrastructure that makes data accessible to everyone. Think less "build dashboards for the exec team" and more "build the internal data agent that lets anyone in the company ask a question and get an answer." If you've seen what Vercel did with d0 (their text-to-SQL agent on top of their warehouse), that's the direction. We want someone who reaches for code, GCP primitives, and simple maintainable systems before defaulting to expensive enterprise platforms. Longer term, you'll build toward a data lake that supports personalization and fine-tuning for the GC AI platform. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to make sure the data infrastructure serves both internal operations and the product itself. This is a founding role. You'll set the patterns, choose the tools, and eventually build the team around you. What You'll Do - Take ownership of the data warehouse in BigQuery: modeling, pipeline development, data quality, and performance. - Build pipelines that consolidate product usage data, CRM data, billing, customer contract data, and user analytics into a single source of truth. - Design and build internal data tools using applied AI, including natural-language query interfaces and automated reporting, so the rest of the company can self-serve without waiting on an analyst. - Set up the warehouse so business teams can run their own queries and pull their own numbers without filing a ticket. - Build toward a data lake architecture that supports personalization and model fine-tuning for the GC AI product. - Keep the stack lean. Use what's available in BigQuery and the broader GCP ecosystem and make smart decisions to reduce complexity and cost without introducing tool sprawl. - Define data engineering practices, tooling, and standards as the first hire on what will become a team. What We Value - Builder instinct. Your default response to a data problem is to write code and build infrastructure, not to evaluate vendors and sign contracts. - Applied AI fluency. You're comfortable using LLMs and AI tooling to solve data problems: building agents that query warehouses, automating data quality checks, generating reports. You don't need to train models, but you should know how to put them to work. - Simplicity bias. You'd rather build a clean, maintainable pipeline with standard tools than an over-engineered stack that requires a team of five to operate. - Ownership. You treat the data warehouse like a product: it should be reliable, well-documented, and useful to the people who depend on it. What We Require - 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with hands-on experience building and maintaining data warehouses and pipelines. - Strong SQL skills and deep experience with BigQuery or comparable analytical databases. - Proficiency in Python for pipeline development, scripting, and tooling. - Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines that consolidate data from multiple source systems (SaaS APIs, event streams, databases). - Experience working within GCP or a comparable cloud ecosystem. - Ability to design data models that are clean, performant, and usable by non-engineers.
