Job Requirements

  • English (B2+) and Chinese (HSK 4): please note this is listed first — it is very important to us!
  • Experience working with customers: by email, chat and/or in person
  • Proactiveness and organizational skills: we encourage raising issues and proposing solutions. Ability to take ownership of outcomes and errors and manage your working time during shifts
  • Desire to learn and grow in IT: most team leads started from junior positions.
