Customer Service Representative

Nextgen Real Estate

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. • Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information. • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share knowledge. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved to their satisfaction. • Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management for process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
