• Lead sales coverage planning and optimization for Zillow Preferred Growth Advisors and Growth Specialists • Own frontline headcount planning and allocation • Define and evolve Book of Business strategy • Shape sales segmentation strategy • Translate business strategy into operational plans • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Recruiting, and BizOps • Analyze performance data and market dynamics • Lead through ambiguity and change

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with sales planning, coverage design, headcount modeling, and segmentation
  • Proven success in building or evolving scalable planning systems
  • Ability to connect operational decisions to revenue outcomes and partner experience
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and change
