• Serve as the CMO's operational right hand, ensuring priorities, communications, and initiatives move forward without friction. • Manage a complex, rapidly evolving calendar, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities. • Manage a high-volume executive inbox, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely follow-through. • Draft polished communications in the CMO's voice with professionalism and accuracy. • Act as a trusted liaison between the CMO, leadership team, partners, and key stakeholders. • Handle sensitive company information with absolute discretion and sound judgment. • Keep marketing projects, campaigns, and strategic initiatives on track through effective project management, goal tracking, and cross-functional coordination. • Evaluate, implement, and master new technologies that improve team productivity. • Conduct market, competitor, and vendor research, translating findings into actionable insights. • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries to support decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to draft concise, professional correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business analyses.
