Crinetics Pharmaceuticals

• Develop comprehensive market research plans • Lead the execution of various market research projects • Lead cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Corporate Affairs teams • Create global market research frameworks • Work with partners to understand key business needs across therapeutic targets • Align organization on research initiatives' scope, timing, and objectives • Ensure market research conclusions are objective and supported by data • Develop and deliver compelling presentations • Identify qualified suppliers for market research studies and manage engagement processes • Ensure compliance with financial and ethical guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, or related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA) strongly preferred
  • 12+ years of related experience in marketing sciences or market research within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience managing promotions and market research vendors
  • Experience in pharmaceutical situational analysis and brand planning
  • Ability to consolidate and present key findings to key stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative market research
  • Experience in generating data-driven and actionable commercial insights from pharmaceutical data sets
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop business-relevant strategic recommendations
