HR Compliance Analyst – Union Administrator

• Monitor federal, state, and local employment law changes and recommend necessary updates to policies and practices • Maintain compliance calendars, audit schedules, Union administration and documentation requirements • Conduct internal audits of HR files, I-9s, payroll practices, timekeeping, and other compliance-sensitive areas • Identify potential compliance gaps and partner with HR leadership to remediate issues • Educate HR partners and leaders on new regulatory requirements and risk-prevention practices • Prepare compliance reports, audit summaries, and risk assessments for HR leadership • Maintain accurate and secure records in accordance with legal and company requirements • Support reporting obligations related to EEO-1, VETS, OSHA, or other compliance reporting, as applicable • Serve as an internal subject matter resource on HR compliance matters • Assist with special projects involving compliance, systems enhancements, or regulatory changes

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations

  • Ability to analyze issues, identify risks, and recommend solutions
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
