Compliance Auditor

• The Compliance Auditor supports the Orthopedic Care Partners (OCP) Compliance Program by conducting structured audits and monitoring activities to assess compliance with regulatory standards, payer policies, and OCP guidelines. • The Auditor performs coding and documentation reviews for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs), as well as other compliance-related audits, as specified in OCP’s annual auditing and monitoring plan and as requested by the CCO. • Perform compliance-related audits identified through OCP’s annual auditing and monitoring plan or at the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer. • Identify potential compliance risks, documentation deficiencies, or coding inaccuracies. • Document audit methodologies, results, root causes, and corrective action recommendations and plans in the Healthicity compliance management system. • Present audit results to stakeholders as directed by the Chief Compliance Officer. • Develop summary reports that reflect audit activity, trends, and compliance risk areas. • Provide targeted education to physicians, providers, and staff regarding deficiencies identified during audits. • Support the development of educational materials or focused training related to audit findings. • Work collaboratively with operational leadership to ensure corrective actions are implemented. • Conduct follow-up reviews and re-audits when required to evaluate whether corrective actions are implemented and effective. • Monitor improvement trends and identify areas that may require additional oversight or education. • Escalate unresolved compliance concerns to the Chief Compliance Officer. • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in records management and reporting within the Healthicity compliance platform. • Performs additional duties necessary to support the compliance function and under the direction of the CCO.
Senior Accountant

• Assist in cash posting and processing on a weekly basis across OCP entities, including oversight of entries, reconciliations • Ability to partner with program leadership in standardizing entries to the GL, including expense, accruals, benefits • Assist Treasury manager in reviewing/reconciling/managing cash flows • Maintain internal controls and documentation to support process accuracy and audit readiness • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including system upgrades, standardization of best practices and process automation • Ability to analyze financial statements for consistency, accuracy, and dive in to resolve issues • Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, and Finance • Support internal and external audits • Other duties as assigned
Benefits Administrator

• Administers day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and voluntary benefits • Serves as a primary resource for employees regarding benefit eligibility, coverage options, enrollment changes, and claims issues • Coordinates and administers leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other company leave programs • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits and leave administration (e.g., FMLA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) • Processes employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in the HRIS and benefits administration systems • Maintains accurate benefits records and employee documentation • Manages communication with benefit carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators to resolve issues and ensure smooth program operations • Assists with open enrollment planning and administration, including employee communications, system setup, and enrollment support • Coordinates COBRA notifications, ACA reporting, and other compliance filings • Supports retirement plan administration including employee education and vendor coordination • Assists with vendor management and benefits program evaluation to ensure programs remain competitive and cost-effective • Prepares reports and analyzes benefits data for HR leadership as needed • Partners with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate deductions and benefits reporting • Supports employee education initiatives regarding benefits offerings and changes • Performs other related duties as assigned.

• The Senior Technical Accountant will be responsible for evaluating complex accounting issues such as revenue recognition, lease assessments, calculation of physician compensation, acquisitions, and debt modifications. • Streamlining critical accounting processes and assisting with centralization efforts across numerous markets. • Analyze large datasets, has strong problem-solving skills, is detail-oriented, can work independently, and has the desire to develop process improvements. • Involved with monitoring new accounting literature and analyzing the impact on the Company, as well as assisting with updates to the Company’s accounting policies. • Assist in the preparation and/or review of monthly and annual financial statements.
