Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams mit knapp 100 Vertriebsprofis suchen wir dich ab sofort in Vollzeit als: Vertriebsprofi - Kreditberatung im Homeoffice (w/m/d) Das machst du bei uns: - Du übernimmst die telefonische Kundenberatung und den aktiven Verkauf unserer Kreditlösungen bezüglich der Vermittlung von Krediten unserer Partnerbanken. - Vom ersten Kundenkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson und führst unsere Kund*innen durch den gesamten Prozess. - Mit deinem Gespür für Kund*innenbedürfnisse erstellst du maßgeschneiderte Angebote und überzeugst mit deiner Abschlussstärke. - Du setzt moderne Vertriebsmethoden und Tools ein, um deine Abschlüsse effizient und erfolgreich zu gestalten. - Dein Fokus liegt klar auf dem Abschluss – die Beratung steht im Vordergrund, aber du verfolgst immer das Ziel, unsere Kreditlösungen zu verkaufen. Qualifications - Nachweisbare Vertriebserfahrung aus dem Direktvertrieb oder Telesales. - Idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder der Beratung von Produkten/Dienstleistungen im Bereich Finanzen, Banken und Versicherungen. - Vertrautheit mit Begriffen wie Upselling / Cross Selling. - Klare, professionelle und verbindliche Kommunikation am Telefon. - Erfahrungen im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Technikaffinität. - Teamplayer und Hunter mit Spaß daran, Kund*innen zu gewinnen und Abschlüsse zu feiern.
