Collab
• Helping keep brand deals moving: getting creators their briefs, guidelines, and timelines, then following up so nothing slips through the cracks • Coordinating between creators and brands, chasing approvals, feedback, and deliverables so campaigns stay on schedule • Helping review creator content before it goes live to make sure it hits the brief, then confirming it posts correctly and dropping the live links in Slack and our dashboard • Supporting one of our podcast partnerships: helping vet incoming sponsor opportunities, drafting ad-read scripts (usually one to three a week), and checking they match the approved copy, links, and codes before they air • Helping track deal payments and payouts so creators and the business get paid accurately and on time • Fielding inbound partnership inquiries and using our tools (Beacons, Solira) to help match the right creators to the right opportunities • Bonus if you have the bandwidth Helping with proactive outreach to brands and agencies, supporting pitches for creators and partnership ideas, and reconnecting with past partners
Job Requirements
- You're seriously organized and genuinely enjoy keeping a lot of plates spinning
- You write clearly and can communicate with creators and brand partners professionally
- You follow through reliably and stay on top of the details without being chased
- You actually care about the creator economy and internet culture (let's be real, you probably already live in this world)
- It's a plus if you've used tools like Slack, LinkedIn outreach, Beacons, Solira, or Lusha, but we can teach the tools
