Synera
• The Junior Partnerships Manager works directly alongside the Strategic Partnerships Lead and is responsible for operationalizing the partner ecosystem at Synera. • The person owns the preparation for partner meetings, develops and iterates collaboration models (joint GTM, partner delivery models, co-selling mechanics), and builds the internal processes that connect partners to the right Synera colleagues (AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers) at the right moment. • They track partner activities, deal registrations, invited discovery calls, joint proof-of-concepts and synthesize this into actionable reporting. • Over time, they become the operational backbone of the partnerships function, enabling it to scale.
Job Requirements
- Analytical and structured thinking, can take a complex situation and break it into a clear framework or process
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (and ideally German)
- Proactive work style, takes ownership of tasks without waiting to be pushed
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with ambiguity
- Ability to synthesize information quickly and produce concise, well-structured documents
- Background or degree in engineering (Nice to have)
- Internship experience in strategy consulting, business development (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with engineering software environments (Nice to have)
- Interest in AI, automation, or engineering technology (Nice to have)
