• Own and scale Simple's affiliate program, focused on mid-to-top of funnel partners in the following markets: US, UK, Europe • Build and manage editorial, newsletter, and media partnerships that reach our core audience • Brief partners with strong angles and hooks, working closely with the creative team on production • Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Analytics to align strategy and improve channel outcomes • Forecast, track, and report on program and publisher performance for internal stakeholders • Support the launch of a new brand program, helping to establish partner infrastructure and go-to-market approach from the ground up • Run ongoing competitor analysis to benchmark commission structures, partner mix, and campaign approaches.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in affiliate or partnerships - experience in health, wellness, or weight loss is a bonus
  • Proven track record scaling an affiliate channel while hitting CPA and ROAS targets
  • Strong creative instincts - can write a brief, spot a good hook, and push partners toward content that converts
  • Highly organised, thrives juggling multiple workstreams, and keeps every detail on track even when priorities shift fast
  • Comfortable with tracking infrastructure - postbacks, pixels, UTMs
  • Tools: Impact, Looker, Superset, Jira
