Total Rewards Coordinator

Role Description This position is contingent upon contract award. SOSi is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Total Rewards Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of our total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, and will play a key role in ensuring our employees receive the best possible rewards and benefits. Essential Job Duties - Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, job evaluations, and market analysis. - Help design and manage employee recognition programs to promote a positive and motivating work environment. - Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding total rewards inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. - Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all total rewards programs and employee participation. - Work closely with the HR team to support various HR initiatives and projects related to total rewards. - Ensure all total rewards programs comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; OR equivalent experience. - Minimum two years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits administration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. - Understanding of compensation and benefits principles, employment laws, and industry trends. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Requirements - Working conditions are normal for an office environment. - May require periods of non-traditional hours including nights or weekends when necessary. - May require ability to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs. • Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate and CPA network partners • Track campaign performance metrics — clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI • Onboard new affiliates and ensure they have the creative assets and links they need • Identify top-performing offers and flag underperformers for review • Coordinate with content and social teams to align affiliate promotions with campaigns • Maintain accurate records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance benchmarks • Research new affiliate opportunities and emerging CPA networks
