Role Description Join a new High-Performance Fitness Solutions Sales Team at Reimagine Resources. We are looking for reliable, skilled sales professionals who can work independently with limited training, thrive in a professional and structured environment, and align with our company values of integrity, ownership, and results. - Own end-to-end market development from your local base. - Sell new equipment, replacements, upgrades, and full-service fitness solutions across a broad mix of commercial opportunities. - Generate your own pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, field activity, and strategic relationship development. - Run the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through quoting, proposal presentation, close, and order coordination. - Support design, procurement, installation, service, asset management, and warranty management solutions. - Serve as a flexible market builder for Central region opportunities, strategic accounts, global opportunities, and miscellaneous segments that are still being developed. - Leverage our full-service edge over OEMs and national chains. Qualifications - 2+ years in outside B2B sales, commercial fitness sales, business development, facility services, or other relationship-based selling. - Proven ability to self-source opportunities and close business without relying on heavy inbound lead flow. - Existing relationships in St. Louis, the Midwest, or other strategic commercial networks are a plus. - Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales and market-building. - Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility. - Comfortable owning a variety of opportunities that do not always fit neatly into one vertical. Requirements - Track record in outside sales or relationship-based B2B selling. - Reliable transportation for site visits and in-person meetings. - High School Diploma or GED. - Clean background & drug test. - Professional appearance.
