Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. - 10 - 12 years of project or program management experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, technology, or another fast-paced, regulated environment. - Understanding of or fluency with AI and AI tools, and how they can be applied to improve project delivery, reporting, and ways of working. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards and a working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Asana, Jira, or similar). - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority. - Demonstrates accountability while working independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, remote environment. - Comfort with ambiguity and lean team environments. - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM, or PMI-ACP) is an asset. - Experience working in multi-cultural, remote, distributed team across time zones is an asset.
