Internal Communications Assistant – Affirmative Action for People with Disabilities

• Support the publication of announcements on internal channels; • Assist in updating content on corporate channels; • Organize materials, documents, and presentations; • Create simple visual assets using tools such as Canva; • Support the preparation of internal announcements and bulletins; • Provide support for engagement activities and internal events; • Perform administrative tasks related to communications; • Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Organized with strong attention to detail;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365;
  • Basic experience with visual creation tools, such as Canva;
  • Participation in academic projects, volunteer activities, or internships related to communications;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams;
  • Interest in corporate communications, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
