Director Product Management, Cashflow

• Lead the launch of new products guided by market intelligence, customer feedback, and opportunity size • Participate in customer calls and engage with internal stakeholders to understand "jobs to be done," using these insights to shape and prioritize the product roadmap • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and evolving customer needs, including how businesses manage cashflow, while driving adoption and achieving business targets • Partner closely with Sales to gather feedback and support go-to-market efforts; represent the product externally and deliver thought leadership • Identify new data, partner, and integration opportunities to enhance cashflow capabilities and drive product growth and revenue • Collaborate across multiple functions, business units, and partners to grow and protect the business
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Experience in financial services and/or open banking, ideally with exposure to cashflow or adjacent domains
- Strong knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Experience working with both existing and emerging products
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels, including Director and VP audiences
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams
