Product Manager – Industria Petrolera
DG Consultores en Recursos Humanos
• Gestionar y estandarizar el catálogo de productos corporativos a partir del diseño de las Unidades de Negocio • Aprobación de nuevos componentes para el catálogo central • Validar y certificar los 'Data Packs' de cada producto antes de su envío a Supply Chain • Velar por el uso de protocolos y estándares de comunicación unificados • Auditar periódicamente la adherencia de los diseños de los UN a los estándares de la Lego-teca corporativa • Medir y reportar la tasa de adopción de componentes estándar vs. Propietarios • Coordinar con los Product Managers de las UN • Garantizar que todas las actividades desarrolladas estén en conformidad con los procesos internos del grupo • Participar activamente en la construcción de cultura de seguridad en su área y la compañía
Job Requirements
- Formación Universitaria (no excluyente)
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en la posición o roles similares
- Experiencia en la gestión de catálogos de productos de gran envergadura
- Capacidad analítica para la gestión y sólidas competencias blandas para la interacción intersectorial
- Contar con MUY buenas referencias laborales (Se solicitarán las mismas en cada uno de sus empleos anteriores)
