What is the Position? Evercore ISI seeks to hire a Supervisory Analyst to support its research teams. This is a Monday through Friday remote position from 11:00AM – 07:00PM PT, M-Th and 11:00AM-05:00PM PT Friday. This role is remote and open to all applicants. Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Review, edit and approve fundamental equity and macro research communications to internal and external clients - Ensure that research complies with Evercore policies and FINRA regulations - Liaise with multiple research stakeholders: analyst teams, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Business Management - Demonstrate expertise on publishing platform sufficient to provide analyst teams with general assistance - Monitor and Update various data sets associated with publishing platform and Research products Specific Qualifications: - At least 3 years’ experience as a supervisory analyst, or comparable experience as an equity research analyst - FINRA Series 16 License (or combination Series 7 and 24); Series 4 a plus - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Highly motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills - Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Project-based writing and editing experience helpful Expected Base Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000 In addition to a competitive base salary, employees may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus delivered in the form of cash and/or deferred equity. • Implement, manage and improve our compensation and benefits programs • Oversee the day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of global pay and benefits • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture • Utilize various methods and techniques for data-based decisions on compensation plans • Support the Training & Resourcing team with recruitment and talent management • Support the Finance team with budgets and financial analysis • Support Legal team to ensure compliance of compensation and benefit programs • Participate in salary and labor market surveys • Conduct ongoing research on emerging trends and best practices • Assess competitors' compensation and benefits plans and make recommendations • Provide subject matter expertise to key stakeholders

• Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs, policies, and frameworks • Establish and maintain governance, standards, and guidelines • Contribute to development of global salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture • Lead global benchmarking and market analysis using Radford and other sources • Develop and maintain enterprise-level compensation models (merit cycles, bonus funding) • Define process frameworks, timelines, and governance for global compensation cycles • Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and technologies

• Provide policy and research support by planning and conducting research in health care financing, delivery, access, health workforce planning, digital health, health promotion, and illness/injury prevention to inform the development/update of Doctors of BC’s policy positions and response to policy issues. • Provide policy advice on various emerging and ongoing policy issues as well as analysis on draft interest holder policy, legislation, or regulatory changes or positions. • Provide support on policy related issues to Doctors of BC/government committees (e.g. Council on Health Economics & Policy + Council on Health Promotion). • Monitor trends in health policy, identify issues, and develop solutions and strategies on these by working with Doctors of BC staff, members and or/representatives of other agencies or interest groups. • Communicate Doctors of BC responses to policy announcements, presenting policy information when directed, and supporting members and external interest holders with inquiries. • Prepare background papers, briefing notes, presentations, and communication for management and executive use. • Organize and support committee meetings and prepare materials.
