Senior Compensation Analyst – Fixed-term Contract

• Implement, manage and improve our compensation and benefits programs • Oversee the day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of global pay and benefits • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture • Utilize various methods and techniques for data-based decisions on compensation plans • Support the Training & Resourcing team with recruitment and talent management • Support the Finance team with budgets and financial analysis • Support Legal team to ensure compliance of compensation and benefit programs • Participate in salary and labor market surveys • Conduct ongoing research on emerging trends and best practices • Assess competitors' compensation and benefits plans and make recommendations • Provide subject matter expertise to key stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Experience working with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Solid knowledge of compensation data submission processes
- Practical experience with Mercer and BDO compensation surveys
- Proven capability in job matching and benchmarking
- Familiarity with different benchmarking methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Structured and process-oriented approach to compensation operations
- Effective collaboration with HR, Reward, and business stakeholders
- Preferred experience in tech or pharma high-growth environment
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally with a post-graduate qualification
- Full working proficiency in English
- Certified Compensation Professional Certification is an asset
