Senior Global Compensation Analyst
Advarra
• Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs, policies, and frameworks • Establish and maintain governance, standards, and guidelines • Contribute to development of global salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture • Lead global benchmarking and market analysis using Radford and other sources • Develop and maintain enterprise-level compensation models (merit cycles, bonus funding) • Define process frameworks, timelines, and governance for global compensation cycles • Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and technologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in compensation and total rewards
- Demonstrated experience within Total Rewards or Compensation CoE model
- Solid knowledge in global compensation across multiple regions
- Experience with Radford or similar market data sources
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills required
- Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools (i.e. UKG, HRSoft)
