Generix
• Own and develop a portfolio of DAX-listed companies and large German enterprises, driving account growth and expansion opportunities • Drive complex sales cycles around e-invoicing, P2P, O2C, AP Automation, and finance digital transformation, from initial engagement through contract closure • Position Generix as the trusted partner for German CFOs, Finance Directors, and Procurement leaders, establishing thought leadership within the market • Build long-term, strategic relationships and deliver real business value through consultative engagement and ongoing account management • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and opportunity tracking to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and position Generix's value proposition effectively against competitors • Represent Generix at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads within the German enterprise market • Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and deal structures that address complex customer requirements and align with regulatory compliance needs • Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of a high-performing sales organisation
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience (SaaS, ERP, fintech, or finance process automation)
- Strong network and knowledge of the German large enterprise / DAX ecosystem
- Expertise in e-invoicing, P2P, O2C, AP Automation, or finance transformation
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Hunter mindset with ability to navigate complex stakeholders and build consensus across C-suite executives
- Deep understanding of German regulatory landscape and mandatory e-invoicing compliance requirements
- Consultative selling approach with ability to translate customer pain points into business solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to articulate value propositions to CFOs and Finance Directors
- Fluent in German & English
