Role Description We're seeking a Senior Lead Producer with a proven ability to lead motion and content production across multiple work streams. You're operationally sharp, deeply networked, and as invested in developing the people around you as you are in delivering great work. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage projects from a safe distance. We're building something - a creative production capability embedded inside a studio working with some of the world's biggest brands. You'll own multi-market programs, shape how the function operates, and work directly with senior leadership to grow what we're building. The work spans creative, product, and technology - you'll be collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists as much as traditional production teams. If you're a driver who brings strategic thinking, high standards, and genuine hunger to the work, we want to hear from you. This is a blended role spanning creative production, innovation, client services, and operational leadership — we're looking for someone who is energized by that breadth. Some things you will be responsible for: - Support pitches and proposals by contributing research, creative ideas, and practical production insights. - Build and leverage a network of creative talent to staff projects with the right people at the right time. - Create, manage and oversee budgets, SOWs, and resource allocation, proactively managing financial risks and advising on trade-offs. - Set and uphold creative standards across projects, providing feedback that elevates both the work and the team. - Lead delivery across multiple workstreams, including briefing creative teams and developers, anticipating risks and keeping plans aligned with client and department goals. - Optimize workflows, tools, and processes for consistency and scalability. - Embrace and contribute to our culture of continuous creative improvement, innovation, and excellence, and always search for ways to help make a positive impact on the team! Qualifications - Significant experience in production within a creative studio or agency environment, with a track record of leading complex, multi-work stream projects. - Exceptional attention to detail, with strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, always exploring for smarter ways to work. - Proven experience managing budgets, SOWs, and multi-project resource planning. Benefits - £70,000 to £85,000 annually - Work from anywhere (fully remote) - Annual discretionary bonus - Paid time off (over 35 days) - Health benefits via BUPA - Pension - Training & development opportunities - Annual team-wide trip
