Enterprise Solution Architect – TMS
Blue Yonder
• Acts as the solution authority for complex, transformational programs • Drives end-to-end solution design across business processes, architecture, and integrations • Leads business process analysis, solution design, and deployment execution • Influences customers on industry’s best practices and optimal process design • Owns integration strategy and ensures seamless data/process flow across solutions • Defines functional specifications for customizations, interfaces, and reporting • Supports effort estimation, resource planning, and architectural impact assessments • Ensures successful go-live through validation, issue resolution, and data integrity checks • Serves as the primary liaison across project stakeholders (PMs, architects, executives, clients) • Identifies and drives incremental revenue opportunities within existing engagements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of specific experience working within Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management & Logistics product suites; Transportation Modeler as a high priority.
- Experience with these systems is preferred either as a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions for customers
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale TMS implementations, including complex, multi-phase transformation initiatives.
- Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, Manhattan or SAP may be considered.
- Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. In this role you will own the integration lifecycle, including: - API design - Flow development - Deployment - Observability - Ongoing optimization The ideal candidate will combine deep hands-on MuleSoft experience with strong API-led connectivity practices, and will partner with enterprise architects, application teams, and integration partners to deliver reliable, secure, and reusable integration assets. You will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions. You will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.
