Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
  • strong strategic thinking and proactively identify business opportunities in close partnership with Product and Data Science
  • track record of building deep, effective partnerships across Business Partners, Product, and Data Science
  • data-driven mindset to problem-solving
  • experience partnering with Product, Data Science teams to design, build, and evolve recommendation systems
  • experience in the retail domain including familiarity with MDM, assortment planning, and ERP platforms
  • experience integrating internal platforms with best-in-class third-party systems
  • experience running teams in an Agile environment
  • experience managing remote teams
  • familiar with our technology stack: Ruby on Rails, Golang, Postgres, Redis, RabbitMQ, React

Role Description Au sein de l'unité conseil aux territoires, vous aurez pour missions de : - Être le référent de la DDTM du Guichet unique de l'ingénierie locale de l'État auprès des acteurs locaux (collectivités territoriales, entreprises, aménageurs...) : vous définissez et mettez en oeuvre les outils de suivi, reporting et bilan nécessaires au suivi global de ce dispositif d'appui aux territoires déployé dans le cadre de la mise en oeuvre locale de l'offre de l'ANCT. - Assurer la veille, la capitalisation, la diffusion et le suivi du déploiement des dispositifs d'appui aux territoires (AAP, AMI, outil de financement ou d'ingénierie...) développés dans le cadre des politiques publiques de l'État (dans et hors ANCT). - En tant que référent, vous assurer la centralisation, le suivi et l'accompagnement des demandes d'appui des collectivités pour l'émergence, la définition, la réalisation et le financement des projets notamment les opérations complexes nécessitant la mobilisation des services de la DDTM et autres opérateurs de l'État (DREAL CEREMA, Agence de l'Eau...). - Concourir à promouvoir l'offre de service de l'Agence Nationale de la Cohésion des Territoires : - en contribuant au développement des outils nationaux (Aides-Territoires...) et locaux (livrables et événements à destination des élus et représentants des collectivités...); - en facilitant les démarches des porteurs de projets, par la mobilisation des services métiers de la DDTM et des opérateurs de l'État le cas échéant (ANCT, CEREMA...); - en assurant la mobilisation des marchés d'appui pré-opérationnels nationaux et régionaux « sur-mesure » de l'ANCT auprès des collectivités euroises. Qualifications - Connaître le cadre juridique d'intervention du service. - Connaître les politiques prioritaires et interministérielles de l'État. - Disposer des connaissances réglementaires et juridiques. - Connaissance des outils SIG et/ou cartographiques type QGIS appréciée. Requirements - Être capable de repérer les enjeux de son territoire et de les formaliser. - Sens des responsabilités et capacité de décision. - Maîtriser et respecter les délais. - Savoir trouver les compétences à mobiliser.
