Role Description We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically skilled LMS Specialist to support our Learning Pool platform. This role will focus on configuring and maintaining the LMS, assisting instructors with course development, integrating Learning Pool with enterprise systems, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for staff and learners. The LMS Specialist will also provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize adoption and engagement. Key Responsibilities - Learning Pool Configuration & Support - Assist the LMS Administrator in setting up and configuring courses, user roles, and platform features. - Advise on and implement eLearning best practices, leveraging SCORM/xAPI standards. - Provide front‑line support to instructors and learners, resolving technical inquiries and usage challenges. - Course Development Support - Guide instructors on structuring eLearning content and incorporating multimedia elements. - Leverage Learning Pool’s built‑in tools to enhance learner engagement. - Technical Implementation & Integration - Collaborate with IT, HR, and other teams to integrate Learning Pool with enterprise systems. - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed. - Stay updated on new Learning Pool features and recommend enhancements. - Quality Assurance & Testing - Develop testing protocols for new configurations, course content, and feature rollouts. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with instructors and learners. - Document and track issues, coordinating resolutions with relevant teams. - Training & Stakeholder Engagement - Deliver training sessions for staff and faculty on course creation and LMS usage. - Develop user‑friendly guides, job aids, and video tutorials. - Organize workshops and webinars to promote eLearning best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, IT, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in LMS administration or eLearning support (Learning Pool experience preferred). - Strong knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and eLearning best practices. - Proficiency in troubleshooting LMS issues and supporting integrations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with enterprise system integrations (HRIS, ERP, CRM). - Familiarity with cloud‑based LMS environments. - Background in instructional design or adult learning methodologies.

Role Description This role’s focus is to support merchants during the pre-submission stage of onboarding with payment partners. The main responsibility of this role is to help clients become ready for submission to PSPs, acquirers, APM providers, gateways, and other payment partners. The Merchant Onboarding Specialist will review the merchant’s product, website/app, business model, customer journey, pricing, policies, subscription flow, refund flow, and other public-facing elements against the acceptance criteria of payment partners. This is not a KYB/KYC documentation role, not a formal compliance approval role, and not a technical integration role. The company acts as an advisory, while final underwriting and approval decisions remain with the payment partner.
