Transaction Analyst
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
• Our Analyst works primarily in a support role on lease acquisitions, dispositions and other transaction and account management related projects. • Prepare detailed financial analysis, including NPV cash flows • Occasionally performing complex financial analyses (e.g., headquarters, master plans, etc.) with supervision • Evaluate client building alternatives and lease options on qualitative and quantitative analysis • Prepare detailed approval documents for client submission • Assist in the preparation and update of reports, presentations and analyses • Work directly with clients and team members to resolve financial model, transaction and landlord issues • Attend regular conference calls • Review of lease documents and write lease summaries and abstracts • Review other materials as part of the due diligence process • Assist in preparing commission invoices and tracking transactions on web-based application • Develop an understanding of basic building systems, real estate, and lease terminology • Become familiar with the lease negotiation process and lease issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in business, finance, economics or related field with a record of high academic achievement (strong GPA)
- Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of applicable experience
- LEED certification, real-estate brokerage or salespersons license desired
- Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
- Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), CoStar, Mapping Software, and the ability to master company specific database programs
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic understanding of real estate and lease terminology
- Well-developed verbal and written communications and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload
- Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
- Understanding of and commitment to client services

• Participate throughout Supply Chain process to drive change through data • Develop key reporting structures, automated dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for variety of Trade Procurement metrics • Design new reports and transform data into meaningful visualizations to be shared throughout organization • Identify and correct discrepant data to ensure reporting and dashboards are accurate • Utilize Infor Nexus to create Trade Procurement reports and dashboards • Utilize Oracle BI and Tableau for operational and inventory dashboards • Support Trade Procurement projects • Manage onboarding activities for integrating Logistics Services Providers to Nexus
• Manage the relationship with Health Care Providers of the Latin American & Caribbean network • Secure a smooth onboarding and day-to-day operational maintenance of provider relationships • Conduct all aspects of health care professional education for existing and newly contracted health care professionals • Manage the ongoing relationship and handling day-to-day operations directly with health care providers • Responsible to enable an effective and efficient collaboration with health providers through monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs • Strive for continuous service improvement via analyzes of root causes • Active communication and prompt follow-up combined with regular meetings with dedicated health care providers • Manage continuous improvement and maintenance of provider communications channels
• Manage multiple, concurrent implementation/enhancement projects with high degrees of complexity and system analysis at any given time. • Lead implementation/enhancement activities such as requirements gathering, technical writing, system analysis, data design, data validation, application testing, monitoring of deliverables/tasks, post launch warranty. • Own client interactions/communications in implementation/enhancement projects. • Guide clients to the best solutions and data architecture/design in high complexity implementation/enhancement projects. • Lead high value data COE process improvement projects. • Train and lead less experienced data analysts. • Communicate effectively across multiple departments and to leadership as necessary.
