Senior Trade CoE Analyst
Deckers Brands
• Participate throughout Supply Chain process to drive change through data • Develop key reporting structures, automated dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for variety of Trade Procurement metrics • Design new reports and transform data into meaningful visualizations to be shared throughout organization • Identify and correct discrepant data to ensure reporting and dashboards are accurate • Utilize Infor Nexus to create Trade Procurement reports and dashboards • Utilize Oracle BI and Tableau for operational and inventory dashboards • Support Trade Procurement projects • Manage onboarding activities for integrating Logistics Services Providers to Nexus
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, or related field of study
- 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement or related Analytics occupation
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics or related field of study and 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement or related Analytics occupation may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated experience with Tableau, Supply Chain Intelligence, or Microstrategy
- Using a major ERP system; Oracle, SAP or Infor
- Turning raw data into meaningful outputs for business decisions, notably on-time performance indicators and forecasting
- Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, visualizations, macros)
- Data management tools to analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs
- Directly communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Working within a large, global corporation that has at least $500 million in revenue per year
- Procure to Pay experience
- Statistical methods including working with various KPIs related to global logistics and supply chain; calculating Mean, Median, Standard Deviations and Correlations; time performance metrics, frequency distributions, and histograms.
