• Team up with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to bring innovative insulin pump therapy to patients and providers • Leverage industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic business planning and customer identification • Drive business growth by creating and executing smart territory plans • Spot opportunities, open doors, and build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals • Leverage advanced sales methodologies—including the Challenger Selling Model and Strategic Account Management • Deliver product education and ongoing support to providers, patients, and clinical educators • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer experiences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care
- Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory; valid driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
