• Provide thought leadership for our customer executives and implementation teams, through regular communications and steering committee meetings • Lead multiple projects under one or more customers. • Owns communication to senior leadership of portfolio health and progress. • Support scoping and estimation exercises with Sales or Customer Success teams • Member of the pre-sales teams and write proposals/SOW’s etc. • Provide executive-level thought leadership in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Reliability Excellence, Maintenance & Repair Operations (MRO), and Connected Worker transformation. • Drive alignment between business objectives, solution design, implementation strategy, and operational outcomes. • Mentor Project Managers and Consultants on value-based delivery, business consulting techniques, executive communications, and customer engagement.
Job Requirements
- PMP certification is required.
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, digital transformation programs, or consulting engagements.
- 5+ years leading multi-million-dollar programs in asset-intensive industries.
- Deep domain expertise in one or more of: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Maintenance & Reliability Asset Performance Management (APM) Operations Excellence Industrial Supply Chain
- Strong experience with SAP EAM (PM/MM/WM/EWM), IBM Maximo, or related EAM platforms is required.
- Demonstrated experience conducting executive workshops, process assessments, and solution strategy engagements.
- Proven ability to articulate business value and ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing executive steering committees and C-level customer relationships.
- Strong consulting background with structured problem-solving and business process transformation experience.
- Experience managing geographically distributed delivery teams.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
