Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Job Requirements
- Here's what we are looking for:
- BA/BS degree (required)
- 7+ years of full sales cycle experience; a background selling SaaS based solutions is preferred
- Strong judgement, high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Proactive self-starter capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in consultative sales; the ability to build rapport quickly, demonstrate products remotely and meet the specific customer needs with effective solutions
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications
- Up to 35% travel

It is the sum of a fixed base salary plus incentives at target performance. Incentive compensation will vary based on performance. The incentive plan is uncapped. The listed ranges represent the expected earning potential in this position. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed. OTE is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Sprout. Every Sprout team member has an opportunity to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) under Sprout’s equity plan.
