• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions, with a primary focus on Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solutions Engineers • Partner closely with Co-Founder & CEO plus GTM leadership to define hiring priorities, candidate profiles, interview loops, and hiring scorecards • Proactively source and engage top-performing GTM talent through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and talent mapping • Build strong recruiting pipelines before hiring needs become urgent • Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance • Help refine and scale Maxima’s recruiting infrastructure, processes, and systems • Track recruiting funnel performance including conversion rates, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill • Develop strong market insight into high-performing SaaS GTM talent and competitive hiring landscapes • Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring managers around talent quality, compensation expectations, and recruiting strategy • Support additional GTM and business hiring initiatives as Maxima scales
• Drive end-to-end sales from lead qualification through close, managing multiple high-value opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments. • Partner with BDRs to identify, target, and engage prospective customers through a mix of outbound and inbound channels. • Understand customer pain points, uncover business needs, and deliver tailored demos and ROI narratives that highlight Maxima’s differentiators. • Build strong relationships with finance executives, IT, and operations leaders to navigate complex buying processes. • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM tools. • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer success. • Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping refine messaging, product priorities, and enablement content.
