• Drive end-to-end sales from lead qualification through close, managing multiple high-value opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments. • Partner with BDRs to identify, target, and engage prospective customers through a mix of outbound and inbound channels. • Understand customer pain points, uncover business needs, and deliver tailored demos and ROI narratives that highlight Maxima’s differentiators. • Build strong relationships with finance executives, IT, and operations leaders to navigate complex buying processes. • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM tools. • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer success. • Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping refine messaging, product priorities, and enablement content.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally within enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex or consultative sales environments.
- Experience selling financial operations, ERP, automation, or AI solutions is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive-level audiences.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of finance, with the drive to help customers adopt new technology.

It is the sum of a fixed base salary plus incentives at target performance. Incentive compensation will vary based on performance. The incentive plan is uncapped. The listed ranges represent the expected earning potential in this position. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.
