OEM Brand Director

Keyloop

• Be accountable for the allocated OEM(s) in all matters pertaining to Keyloop’s relationship with this OEM. • Be the guardian of Keyloop’s ‘sustainable strategic partnerships’ with the OEM. • Shape and deliver the communication of Keyloop strategies to the OEM. • Engage with OEM Senior Management who are able to take more strategic decisions across multiple functional areas. • In partnership with the OEM identify and develop new mutually beneficial strategic growth initiatives. • Where appropriate, deliver any (dedicated or virtual) consultancy, research, and development resources (either within or outside of the direct control of this role) that are required to facilitate projects. • Oversee compliance of Keyloop DMS certification and mandate requirements, working with market teams to drive adoption and resolve escalations. • Provide consistent and clear communications lines across all interested parties within Keyloop to/from the OEM. • Work closely with Functional Management to ensure alignment of strategy and operation. • Effectively collaborate and communicate with the with Go to Market organisations working on the services within their markets. • Collaborate closely with the Programme and Partner Management team to ensure successful (on time and quality) delivery of projects and partner initiatives. • Be the conduit for relaying the OEMs strategies and their impact on Keyloop back through the organisation. • Support the Markets in strategic National Sales Company and Dealer sales situations. • Communicate (and escalate where necessary) the status of OEM issues to the relevant markets. • Be an integral part of the OEM’s steering committee and as part of this act as an escalation point of any service / delivery issues and conflicts. • Communicate (and escalate where necessary) the status of OEM issues to the relevant markets. • Negotiate on behalf of Keyloop any contracts / certifications / endorsements with the OEM. • Identify key partners that Keyloop can collaborate with in order to increase the breadth and depth of the service delivery and therefore the relationships. • Manage the budget, forecasting, Purchase Order cycle – on time and to quality – every time. • Maintain an accurate pipeline, deliver against forecast, and report commercial performance to senior leadership on a regular cadence. • Ensure Say = Do.

Job Requirements

  • Self-starter
  • Retail automotive industry background and also be able to demonstrate extensive experience of client management
  • Strong Software as a Service delivery background, ideally in the Automotive industry
  • Multi-market / multi-geography experience, ideally across European markets such as DACH, UK, Nordics, or Benelux
  • Strong commercial awareness and skills
  • Contract negotiation skills
  • Issue Management
  • IT literacy
  • Significant business experience to be able to represent Keyloop at pivotal moments in that relationship is also essential.
  • A broad business background that allows the candidate to maintain credibility over a wide range of matters is very important.
  • An ability to maintain a technical delivery conversation with key customers.
