• Develop and deploy integrated digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients • Manage the owned marketing strategy, including technical SEO, off-page SEO, and on-page SEO • Plan, create, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns • Oversee organic social media strategy and content calendars • Lead client check-in meetings and monthly performance reviews
• Own the CRO's operating rhythm through QBRs and pipeline reviews • Prepare the CRO for high-stakes interactions • Track CRO priorities and surface blockers early • Scan competitive landscape and provide informed insights • Partner with finance and sales ops to maintain revenue health • Drive focused interventions across sales execution • Support design of sales incentives and territory structures • Help CRO build profile with OEM partners and enterprise customers • Draft CRO communications and represent in forums • Advise on AI-driven tooling and automation opportunities

• Be accountable for the allocated OEM(s) in all matters pertaining to Keyloop’s relationship with this OEM. • Be the guardian of Keyloop’s ‘sustainable strategic partnerships’ with the OEM. • Shape and deliver the communication of Keyloop strategies to the OEM. • Engage with OEM Senior Management who are able to take more strategic decisions across multiple functional areas. • In partnership with the OEM identify and develop new mutually beneficial strategic growth initiatives. • Where appropriate, deliver any (dedicated or virtual) consultancy, research, and development resources (either within or outside of the direct control of this role) that are required to facilitate projects. • Oversee compliance of Keyloop DMS certification and mandate requirements, working with market teams to drive adoption and resolve escalations. • Provide consistent and clear communications lines across all interested parties within Keyloop to/from the OEM. • Work closely with Functional Management to ensure alignment of strategy and operation. • Effectively collaborate and communicate with the with Go to Market organisations working on the services within their markets. • Collaborate closely with the Programme and Partner Management team to ensure successful (on time and quality) delivery of projects and partner initiatives. • Be the conduit for relaying the OEMs strategies and their impact on Keyloop back through the organisation. • Support the Markets in strategic National Sales Company and Dealer sales situations. • Communicate (and escalate where necessary) the status of OEM issues to the relevant markets. • Be an integral part of the OEM’s steering committee and as part of this act as an escalation point of any service / delivery issues and conflicts. • Communicate (and escalate where necessary) the status of OEM issues to the relevant markets. • Negotiate on behalf of Keyloop any contracts / certifications / endorsements with the OEM. • Identify key partners that Keyloop can collaborate with in order to increase the breadth and depth of the service delivery and therefore the relationships. • Manage the budget, forecasting, Purchase Order cycle – on time and to quality – every time. • Maintain an accurate pipeline, deliver against forecast, and report commercial performance to senior leadership on a regular cadence. • Ensure Say = Do.
• Accountable for translation of OEM requirements to the organisation • Work across multiple OEMs to understand their strategy • Listen to needs and aspirations of OEM stakeholders • Develop candidate solutions to address customer needs • Validate requirements and communicate throughout the organisation • Regularly share updates with the Alliances team • Work closely with internal teams and OEMs to deploy solutions • Assess business impact of technical choices • Provide consistent and clear communication across teams
• Proactive management of the accuracy of the assigned Balance Sheet and P&L • Monthly Balance Sheet and P&L variance analysis • Quarterly Balance Sheet variance analysis review and presentation to Controlling Manager and Group Financial Controller • Ensure regional compliance with applicable accounting policies – IFRS for management reporting, Local GAAP for statutory reporting • Provide input to BSC team on judgmental accounting issues, liaising with technical accounting, where applicable • Working closely with the Business Finance Team on solving the applicable variance analyses • Cooperation with the Reporting Team and the Controlling Team regarding further implementation of process improvements • Ownership of the integrity of the regional financial statements and ownership of the related internal controls • High risk journal review and approval
• Lead and develop a diverse, distributed team of platform and data engineers • Ensure security, stability, and scalability are foundational properties of the platform • Co-own the multi-year platform engineering roadmap • Lead the evolution of Keyloop’s shared services, API gateway, integration layer • Establish API-first as a non-negotiable architectural principle • Drive cloud-native architecture decisions • Champion platform security-by-design • Architect and evolve the integration platform • Lead the design and delivery of Keyloop's data platform • Drive strategic adoption of technologies including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Athena • Lead Keyloop's transition to an agentic software development lifecycle • Oversee the execution of platform engineering initiatives • Collaborate closely with the CTO, engineering directors, architects, and product leadership
• Owning, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems to successful closure • Ensuring timely escalation of issues • Assisting colleagues and coaching them to expedite case resolution • Documenting solutions and producing written guidance on resolution steps • Reporting issues and recommending process improvements • Identifying training gaps and recommending areas for improvement • Contributing to case reduction initiatives
• Quota carrying sales role • Selling Keyloop solutions into New and Existing customers within the assigned accounts • The Senior Account Executive will be required to do a significant amount of travel • Assume responsibility for the successful sale of the full suite of Keyloop solutions into the specified accounts • To deliver sales objectives as per the company strategic and sales operating plans • To meet those sales targets through professional consultation and addressing the needs of the customer, applying the Keyloop Sales strategy/model to generate increased market share • Weekly maintenance of WIP and sales activity in Salesforce • Responsible for producing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts • Implement and utilize Keyloop’s Core Processes • To work closely with the Customer Success and Support Team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Own and evolve Keyloop’s People Data Platform and HR analytics dashboard (Python/Streamlit) • Design and maintain data architecture (pipelines, schemas, models) across SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems • Manage API integrations and data access with core platforms and third-party vendors • Deliver insights across People Metrics, TA, L&D, and Engagement, partnering with functional leads • Own BAU reporting, driving accuracy, automation, and self-service adoption • Ensure GDPR and data compliance, including access controls and auditability • Build and scale AI-driven HR solutions (LLMs, agentic workflows, document processing, large-scale pipelines) • Develop production-ready AI use cases (e.g., attrition insights, skills inference, policy Q&A, candidate processing) and evaluate emerging tools • Act as HR AI SME, enabling adoption through training, playbooks, and self-service frameworks across HR and G&A • Partner with senior leadership, IT (AWS), and governance forums to shape the People Technology roadmap and responsible AI practices
