Senior System/Business Analyst

• Gather and analyze business requirements for regulatory and compliance projects while coordinating with internal business stakeholders in English • Align tax calculations and fee or commission structures with stakeholders and maintain accurate calculations in project documentation • Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), use cases, user stories, technical specifications, architecture visions, system integrations, and process diagrams • Clarify technical and business details before development activities begin • Identify mandatory data requirements and reporting requirements for project implementation • Present research findings and PRDs to the development team during PBR sessions • Ensure engineering teams fully understand project context and requirements • Support the project throughout the delivery lifecycle • Adjust and refine requirements during the development process as needed

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, system analysis, and solution design
  • Experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and data flows
  • Good overall understanding of software architecture
  • Ability to understand how systems are connected and where to find particular data (no system design from scratch required)
  • Experience preparing PRDs, use cases, user stories, technical specifications, and process/system diagrams
  • Proficiency in UML, BPMN, PlantUML/Miro, and other diagramming tools
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and conducting backlog refinement sessions

Description and Requirements The Opportunity The Business Procedures Analyst is responsible for Responsible for supporting credentialing and regulatory processes for MetLife licensed employees.
