• Gather and document business and platform requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for both development and support contexts • Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams across the PRD and the Managed Competence Center, ensuring alignment and clear communication • Support workflow orchestration and low-code platform configurations • Assist in documenting and maintaining RBAC models, policies, and decision layer logic • Contribute to Knowledge Asset delivery — including runbooks, UAT test cases, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation • Help distinguish and document bug vs feature requests, supporting proper triage and escalation workflows • Ensure solutions comply with regional and regulatory requirements • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and governance meetings at both operational and tactical levels • Prepare and maintain documentation including requirements, workflows, policies, reports, and post-implementation reviews
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Hands-on or conceptual experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow configuration
- Understanding of policy engines and decision-making frameworks
- Basic knowledge of RBAC design and access management models
- Experience working in both product development and managed services environments
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (regional/global)
- Awareness of UX patterns and user-centric design principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple teams simultaneously
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments
- Nice to have: Exposure to AI/LLM or conversational voice platforms
- Experience with contact center, IVR, or telephony platform documentation
- Familiarity with SaaS platform support workflows and SLA-driven environments
- Experience creating runbooks or technical knowledge base content

Description and Requirements The Opportunity The Business Procedures Analyst is responsible for Responsible for supporting credentialing and regulatory processes for MetLife licensed employees.
