Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of clinical experience as an RN (BSN required) preferably in telehealth
  • 1+ year experience providing abortion & reproductive healthcare
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Active state licensure (RN) and licensed in CA and at least one of the following states: CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA or compact state license plus CA
  • Strong clinical assessment and triage skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in real time
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, empathetic guidance to patients in moments of stress or uncertainty through chat and virtual visits
  • Ability to navigate clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, organizational policies related to patient care and documentation
  • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
  • Experience providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care
