Role Description As the Clinical Nurse Navigator (RN), you'll serve as the primary Nurse for oncology care navigation, coordination, guideline-based treatment oversight, symptom assessment, escalation, and survivorship planning. You'll function across the full cancer continuum and provide clinical leadership to ensure care delivery is evidence-based, safe, member-centered, and cost-conscious. Qualifications - RN license in good standing within a compact state and willingness to pursue additional state nursing licenses as required. - A minimum of 4 years' RN experience with clinical experience in oncology required. - Experience with infusions or critical care, including care navigation, treatment support, and/or complex case management is strongly preferred. - Must be able to work a flexible schedule to support members in all US time zones. - Must be able to speak, write, and communicate fluently in English. - Ability to speak and write Spanish fluently is a big plus, but not required. - Utilization Review and/or Care Management preferred. - Experience working 100% remote as a nurse is highly preferred. - Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, which will include overnight stays for corporate gatherings, conferences, and health fairs. - Ability to attend and professionally engage in video meetings. - Proficient technological skills, meaning you can effectively and efficiently use computers, peripheral equipment, and applications/systems, including Microsoft products. - Autonomous self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity. - Creative mindset and ability to appropriately challenge the status quo. - Superb written and oral communication skills. - Ability to overcome obstacles with a ‘yes if...' approach. - Ability to effectively balance competing deadlines without losing focus on the bigger picture. - Reliable internet and power with a designated area to conduct work with minimal interruptions. Role Description You are the first point of contact for adults seeking substance use and mental health treatment. You manage inbound and outbound calls, guide prospective clients through the admissions process, and convert inquiries into enrollments — with empathy, urgency, and professionalism. This role blends consultative sales, client care, and coordination. The right person holds space for people in difficult moments while still moving the process forward. What You'll Do - Respond to all new inquiries same day via phone and email - Conduct consultative intake calls to assess needs, gather information, and determine level of care fit (PHP/IOP) - Manage a personal admissions pipeline from first contact through enrollment; report pipeline status weekly - Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets - Complete outbound follow-up on warm leads, pending applications, and stalled prospects - Schedule enrollment appointments with at least 48 hours' notice; keep team updated on changes - Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth transitions from inquiry to admission - Ensure all enrollment documentation is complete and filed by end of business on enrollment date - Maintain same-day CRM documentation on all contacts and activity - Build and maintain referral source relationships over time; document all contacts same day Qualifications - 2+ years in behavioral health admissions, substance use treatment, healthcare sales, or a high-volume client-facing role - Track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or enrollment targets - CRM proficiency - Consultative communicator — you listen first, then guide - Empathetic and steady in emotionally charged conversations - Highly responsive, self-directed, and accountable in a remote environment Preferred - Familiarity with substance use disorder and/or adult mental health treatment settings - Working knowledge of insurance benefits verification and utilization review processes

• Supports the Clinical Operations functions and acts as a liaison between members, physicians, delegates, operational business members and member service coordinators • Responsible for providing leadership and guidance to non-clinical team and handle escalated issues/problems • Performs review of service requests for completeness of information • Collect and collate information required to handle escalated inquiries • Assists members with finding providers and answering questions regarding services • Makes outbound calls to engage members in Case Management

• Serve as overflow support to multiple practices by, answering and working incoming calls and messages • Answer and triage incoming phone calls and app messages from our current patients • Act as the second line of call for incoming calls from new patients • Answer incoming phone calls from other stakeholders (e.g., external medical provider offices, start incoming referral requests) • Check and respond to voicemail and after hours messages • Schedule patients from incoming phone calls • Conduct no show and cancelation follow-up • Support schedule re-shuffles (e.g., when provider is called out) • Work through appointment ticklers • Support central communications intake and follow up through various mediums • Other duties as assigned
