B2B Account Manager – Business Developer

• New business development: Identify, qualify, and close new B2B accounts. • Build outreach sequences, pitch materials, and a repeatable acquisition process from the ground up. • Analyse which verticals, regions, and company profiles represent the best opportunity for Oscar. • Take ownership of existing B2B customers and build real commercial relationships. • Collect and structure customer feedback to sharpen our B2B offering and product-market fit. • Coordinate with location management and customer service for a seamless end-to-end experience.

Job Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in B2B sales/AM, with a background in car rental, fleet, or mobility.
  • Fluent Danish: most customer interaction will be in Danish, and understanding the local market matters.
  • A fast mover: you make decisions with incomplete information, act, and adjust.
  • Intrinsic motivation: you care about results, not activity metrics.

What You'll Do: - Run the full sales cycle: qualify, run the free savings estimate, handle objections, and close to a signed billing transfer. - Sell straight: set expectations the first month will prove right. - Follow up relentlessly: run a clean, multi-channel pipeline and never let a warm conversation go cold. - Hand off clean: brief Customer Operations on exactly what was promised. - Help shape the playbook: provide feedback on messaging, objections, and segments that convert.
