Sales Development Representative

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through multi-channel outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media). • Manage inbound leads from marketing channels. • Research prospects to prioritize leads based on ideal customer profiles and discovered needs. • Collaborate with account executives and the marketing team to overcome objections, create positive prospect experiences, and advance qualified leads through the sales pipeline. • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals. • Develop a deep understanding of the industry and product use-cases. • Provide regular feedback to sales and marketing teams on lead quality and conversions. • Contribute to strategies for penetrating existing and new markets.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1+ years in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment; adaptive to change.
  • Track record of exceeding goals based on defined KPIs.
  • A passion for generating new business.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative work environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and reliable.
  • Intellectually curious, always willing to learn and continuously improve.
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) experience preferred.
  • BA/BS in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in Salesforce, Outreach, Vidyard, Sales Navigator or other sales management software.

Role We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Healthcare Sales Development team. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Manager of Sales Development. You will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to Zscaler’s sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification.
