Job Requirements

  • Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology license in the state in which they practice
  • Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, or a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient care (ortho, sports, and pediatrics preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years in leadership or supervisory experience
  • Management and operational leadership experience preferred
