• Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Charge Description Master (CDM) • Ensure accuracy and compliance with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding standards • Collaborate with departments to review and validate charge capture processes • Conduct routine CDM audits to identify discrepancies, pricing issues, and compliance risks • Coordinate updates related to regulatory changes, payer requirements, and annual code set revisions • Partner with revenue integrity, finance, compliance, and clinical teams • Analyze reimbursement trends and recommend pricing and charge structure improvements • Support system updates and integrations impacting CDM (including Epic) • Provide education and training to department leaders and staff on CDM-related processes

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise-wide front-end revenue cycle services, patient access operations, and ambulatory scheduling functions • Drive financial performance, improve access to care, and optimize workflows • Lead large-scale Epic and EMR-enabled transformation initiatives across a health system or multi-site organization • Balance strategic vision, financial discipline, and hands-on operational expertise to improve efficiency, patient experience, and organizational performance

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle projects spanning front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end functions • Manage Epic-related implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and workflow redesigns (HB/PB focus) • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables; ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget • Identify revenue leakage opportunities and implement corrective strategies • Monitor KPIs such as DNFB, clean claim rate, denial rates, and AR days • Facilitate meetings, provide executive-level reporting, and communicate progress clearly • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and payer guidelines

Epic Trainer (Contract – Remote, W-2) Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Epic Trainer to deliver engaging training programs and support end-user adoption of Epic systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring users are confident and proficient in their workflows.
