Role Description As a Supplier Engagement Leader you will have engagement with commodity leadership and fulfillment teams to evaluate supply base strategies and capabilities to execute to plans. Work to ensure supplier performance and scalability for growth and execution to business needs. Your day will be acting as a leader to enhance supplier processes, capabilities and performance to achieve long term targets. Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives and improvement plans, developing innovation and capacity within the supply base. The role will support the Material Shipped Direct (MSD), Balance of Plant (BOP) and Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) value streams within the HDNU projects sourcing team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR HS Diploma/Equivalent with 10 years of experience Supply Chain - Minimum of 5 years experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations or Project Management in Power Generation or EPC companies Requirements - Willingness to travel internationally up to 25-40% Desired Characteristics - Master’s Degree in a Technical or Business discipline - 8+ years of Sourcing Experience for Power Generation products; preferably with a focus on plant equipment accessories (MSD, BOP, HRSG) - Lean tool set (A3, VSM, Problem Solving) - High motivation and influencing skills - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal / facilitation skills - Proactive self-starter and change agent - Strong analytical and process mindset - Experience with SAP, Smartsheet and Tableau Benefits - Relocation Assistance Provided: No - #LI-Remote - This is a remote position
