Role Description As a Travel Consultant, you’ll join our highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. - Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups) - Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services - Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations - Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus. Training may be provided - Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements - Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests - Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels We look forward to sharing more detailed job functions and key performance indicators during the interview process. • Conduct intake assessments and evaluate Member readiness for care • Facilitate virtual individual and group counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum • Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals when needed • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR • Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment planning and discharge • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations
• Oversee the Denver, CO territory in this unique remote opportunity. • Host and implement event/activity plans for your territory. • Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students and their families. • Maintain a full schedule that includes fairs, school visits, presentations, community/campus events, and hosting campus visits. • Use critical thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University campus students and families through the admissions process.
• Advise students and families related to academics, career planning and graduation • Keep abreast of all high school graduation requirements, including special requirements such as community service • Assist students and parents with the secondary school course selection process according to specific state credit and graduation requirements and student needs and interests • Advise students with issues related to dropping courses and changing schedules • Review student transcripts and the entry of credits into the online transcript system • Work with the administrative assistants to obtain school records from the student’s previous school • Implement programs for students and families related to interpersonal adjustment issues • Work with school teams to identify and help families access school and community resources • Participate in the development of crisis prevention and management plans for the school • Coordinate a team of middle and high school teachers to help identify students who are “at risk” or “in crisis” • Act as the main point of contact for these students and families • Oversee and maintain the Personal Learning Plan (PLP) for each student • Report and refer critical incidents that jeopardize student well-being • Assist teachers when students enroll mid-semester • Help students to research and understand their post-secondary career and educational options • Educate students and parents about college admissions requirements and financial aid
