Role Description We are seeking two experienced Sr Beaker Analysts to support the Norton LIS team on a contract basis. These consultants will play a critical role in delivering project-based work, owning initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute Beaker-related projects independently, from initial planning through implementation and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project scope, requirements, and deliverables. - Configure, optimize, and support Epic Beaker modules, primarily within AP and CP workflows. - Provide subject matter expertise in laboratory information systems and best practices. - Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. - Work cross-functionally with internal Norton teams, providing guidance and insight as needed. Qualifications - Epic Beaker Certification (CP and/or AP required). - Strong experience as a Sr-level Beaker consultant in complex healthcare environments. - Proven ability to independently manage and deliver full-cycle projects with minimal direction. - Deep experience in Anatomic Pathology (AP) workflows. - Experience with Digital Imaging (DI) and Somatic testing strongly preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Requirements - Must be Epic Beaker certified. - Candidates with stronger Beaker AP experience are preferred. - Must have certifications in Epic Beaker CP and AP.
