Business Analyst – Temporary Contract

• Contribute to the creation and improvement of user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items. • Help translate business needs into concrete, actionable product and technical requirements. • Participate in managing a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with team objectives. • Support system configuration activities in collaboration with architects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a shared understanding of requirements and priorities. • Take part in discussions, workshops and reviews to ensure stakeholder alignment. • Document decisions, open questions and follow-up actions to keep stakeholders informed. • Contribute to sprint preparation activities, including backlog reviews, refinement (grooming) sessions and sprint planning materials. • Clarify requirements during development and ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities prior to production releases. • Contribute to the preparation of updates, summaries and progress reports for internal and external audiences. • Maintain clear documentation to ensure traceability and transparency. • Quickly identify risks or blockers and help resolve them. • Foster a learning culture by experimenting with new ways of working. • Observe trends and patterns in work processes or communication, then propose improvements. • Actively seek feedback and mentoring to develop product ownership and product management skills.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Strong experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
- Ability to write clear, detailed and well-structured user stories.
- Experience refining user stories and collaborating closely with engineering teams in grooming sessions.
- Attention to detail and comfort documenting requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to work in ambiguous environments.
- Openness to feedback and enthusiasm for professional development.
- Excellent communication skills.

Title and Summary Senior Project Management Analyst - Cards & Payments Responsible for ensuring coordination with all MasterCard teams including Global Product & Solutions, Global Technology Operations, Franchise, PSI, Acceptance & Finance to facilitate the effective roll out of new initiatives, as well as ensuring that best practices are brought to bear on the ongoing activities. Major Role Accountabilities:• Implementing rigorous project management methodology & discipline to track project milestones at project level.
