• Mapear, documentar e redesenhar processos utilizando BPMN, identificando oportunidades de melhoria, eficiência e redução de desperdícios. • Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua por meio de metodologias como Lean, Kaizen ou PDCA. • Desenvolver e implementar políticas, procedimentos e padrões de processos alinhados às melhores práticas de mercado. • Estruturar e acompanhar KPIs, indicadores e dashboards para suporte à tomada de decisão. • Analisar dados e gerar insights para evolução dos processos e melhoria dos resultados. • Atuar como parceiro das áreas de negócio, promovendo a cultura de melhoria contínua e excelência operacional. • Garantir a conformidade dos processos com normas, políticas e diretrizes corporativas.
Job Requirements
- Experiência sólida em mapeamento e gestão de processos;
- Conhecimento em BPMN, Lean, Kaizen e/ou PDCA;
- Experiência na definição e acompanhamento de indicadores e KPIs;
- Vivência em projetos de melhoria contínua, transformação e automação de processos;
- Será considerado um diferencial ter vivência em mapeamento de processos em áreas de dados, bem como na condução da implementação e estruturação de processos de melhoria contínua em empresas de grande porte;
- Conhecimento em Governança de Dados.

Title and Summary Senior Project Management Analyst - Cards & Payments Responsible for ensuring coordination with all MasterCard teams including Global Product & Solutions, Global Technology Operations, Franchise, PSI, Acceptance & Finance to facilitate the effective roll out of new initiatives, as well as ensuring that best practices are brought to bear on the ongoing activities.
